Notification will be sent via e-mail or telephone upon receipt of your deposit.
Pick of litter order is dependent upon order of receipt of deposit, first received gets first choice, after breeder or
stud owner, if applicable.  Chose of the puppy is at 3 weeks of age in order of deposit unless other arrangements
are made in advance.
Deposits are non-refundable but possibly transferable to subsequent litter of equal price.  
Shipping available with buyer responsible for cost of crate, health certificate for travel and freight fees.  All fees
must be paid 3 weeks prior to shipping date.  If COD is available through air carrier, arrangements can be made
for puppy to be sent COD for freight only, crate and health certificate must be paid directly to breeder 3 weeks
prior to shipping date.
Health of puppy is guaranteed to be without major illness or genetic defects.  Health guarantee is dependent upon
puppy being seen by a licenced veterinarian within the first (72) seventy-two hours after pickup or receipt of
puppy and notification to breeder immediately of any problems.  Healthy pup health evaluation results must be
sent to breeder within 48 hours after initial checkup.
Purchaser does promise to provide continued health checkups and vaccinations.  Provide a loving, caring
environment for their new puppy.  And will also, promise to "try" and keep breeder updated with pictures and
information as to how they are progressing at their convenience.
Breeder reserves the right to use pictures, of puppies whelped from breeders stock, in advertising, website or
other media at discretion of breeder.  If owner does not wish for future (post purchase) pictures to be used, a
note should be attached to that affect.  
Terms of purchase, as well as identity of buyer, will not be disclosed without the buyers consent.   Only first
names, initials and or city/state will be included in photos or brags.
Your puppy will be registered ABCA (American Border Collie Association) unless otherwise stated.  Registration
process is required by ABCA to be completed by breeder.  You will be given a receipt when the balance of
purchase price is paid.  The registration papers will come within a couple of months after, mailed to you from
seller.  I can not guarantee how long it will take for papers to arrive back from ABCA, it depends upon the
association entirely, but I do promise to mail them to you within (2) two business days of my receipt from ABCA.  
You will be required to  notify me of the name you choose for the puppy as soon as possible or no later than (2)
two weeks after purchase.  At this time all registrations will be sent off to the ABCA.  If you fail to notify me of the
name you have chosen before the registrations are sent off,  you will be required to pay for the cost incurred to
register your puppy separately.  Please note puppy name can be a maximum (14) spaces.  Notification of name
should be in the form of email or postal letter.  This will allow for no errors in spelling on registration papers.  I
will also need name or names and address of owner exactly as it will appear on the registration papers.
Some pups are eligible for registration with the AKC.  If you are interested in dual registration, please advise me
and I will assist you.
And finally, if for any reason the puppy does not work out for you or you can no longer care for it, I ask that you
notify me at once and I will assist you in finding a suitable home for the puppy if at all possible.
References may be required before sale of puppy at discretion of breeder.
